For the importing of images you will need to have Quick Time Player, which you can download for free.

Please note: if you are using Google Chrome, due to a bug in some versions sometimes the file extension of the downloaded file will be changed by Chrome to .download. If you are using a Macintosh and want to use this file, you must change this extension to .zip. If you are using a PC, the extension must be .msi. If you do not feel comfortable changing file extensions, please download using another browser (such as Firefox or Safari).
